CivisRank is a digital platform for research and analysis of municipal quality of life. It provides rankings, direct town comparisons and indicator scorecards calculated using algorithmic models and open public data.
Primary statistical datasets on population, income, employment, climate and spatial boundaries are sourced from open government portals (INE, SEPE, AEMET, MITECO, CNIG/IGN) pursuant to Spanish Law 37/2007 on the reuse of public sector information.
These government institutions do not sponsor, endorse or hold liability for CivisRank or its algorithmic scoring models.
All proprietary website code, UI design, trademarks, databases and scoring formulas are the exclusive intellectual property of Javier Bule or licensors, protected by intellectual property laws.
All metrics and rankings are provided strictly for informational and comparative purposes. They do not constitute official administrative certifications or binding professional advice.
