These terms govern access to and use of the CivisRank platform (civisrank.com), an AI-based municipal quality of life analysis service.
Public access to rankings and city profiles is free. The administration panel requires an approved registration and subscription to the Pro plan (€99/month).
All CivisRank content (design, code, texts, scoring methodology, quality seals) is exclusively owned by CivisRank. Scores are generated using AI algorithms and official public sources.
The CivisRank seal (Gold, Silver, Bronze) is awarded based on the municipality's overall score. Only active subscribers may embed the seal banner on their websites. The seal is automatically updated and cannot be manipulated.
CivisRank provides informational guidance based on public sources and AI. It does not constitute professional advice. Scores may vary with data updates. CivisRank is not responsible for decisions made based on these metrics.
CivisRank reserves the right to temporarily interrupt the service for maintenance. Customers will be notified in advance when possible.
The Pro subscription may be cancelled at any time. No refunds for already-billed months. Upon cancellation, panel access remains until the end of the billing period.
CivisRank may modify these terms at any time. Registered users will be notified by email of substantial changes.
These terms are governed by Spanish law. The courts of Madrid shall have jurisdiction for any disputes.
