These terms govern access to and use of CivisRank (civisrank.com), an open technological project for municipal quality of life research utilizing AI models and open public data.
The platform is civic and informational in nature, offering municipal rankings, comparisons and analytical profiles completely free and openly accessible to the public.
Public access to rankings, search tools and head-to-head comparisons is 100% free with no registration or payment required.
Advanced modules designed for local administrations are currently in Pilot Phase · Invitation-Only Access. These modules are for technical evaluation and testing; there is currently no commercial subscription, payment gateway or economic transaction active on the platform.
CivisRank reuses official open public statistics under Spanish Law 37/2007 on the reuse of public sector information (sourced from INE, SEPE, AEMET, MITECO and CNIG/IGN).
These issuing public institutions are not affiliated with, nor do they endorse or assume liability for CivisRank algorithms or derived scorings.
All source code, user interface, brand assets and scoring methodologies are the exclusive intellectual property of Javier Bule (CivisRank) or licensors, protected under international copyright law.
Metrics and reports are provided strictly for informational and statistical purposes. Scores do not constitute professional, financial, real estate or legal advice.
Quality seals generated by the platform represent algorithmic evaluation across the 20 analyzed indicators and do not constitute government certifications.
The owner reserves the right to update, modify or temporarily suspend the platform for technical maintenance or dataset updates.
These terms are governed by the laws of Spain. Any dispute shall be submitted to the Courts of the city of Madrid (Spain).
