Pursuant to Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (General Data Protection Regulation - GDPR) and Spanish Organic Law 3/2018 (LOPDGDD), users are informed regarding the processing of personal data:

- Pilot Program Request Form (admin.php): Name, public authority/entity name, institutional email, phone number and optional message.
- Technical and Preference Cookies: Session cookies necessary for server execution and language preferences. CivisRank does not use advertising or tracking cookies.
- Usage Metrics: Web traffic is measured through internal aggregated counters. No individual IP addresses are stored in databases.
3. Purpose of Processing
- Responding to requests and evaluating invitations to the institutional municipal pilot program.
- Ensuring technical website operation and language preferences.
- Aggregated, anonymous statistical metrics on page visits.
4. Legal Basis
- Consent (Art. 6.1.a GDPR): Provided upon ticking the consent box when submitting contact or pilot forms.
- Legitimate Technical Interest (Art. 6.1.f GDPR): For technical cookies necessary for platform operation.
5. Retention Period
Contact information submitted through forms is retained for a maximum of two (2) years for pilot program follow-up, or until erasure is requested.
6. Third Parties & Data Transfers
CivisRank does not sell, rent or disclose personal data to third parties. Data is processed within the European Economic Area on secure servers with TLS/HTTPS encryption.
7. User Rights
Users may exercise rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and data portability by emailing contact@civisrank.com.
8. Supervisory Authority (AEPD)
Users have the right to lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (Agencia Española de Protección de Datos - AEPD) at www.aepd.es (C/ Jorge Juan, 6, 28001 Madrid, Spain).
9. Security
CivisRank implements technical safeguards including HTTPS encryption with HSTS, CSRF tokens and automated anti-bot protections.
