• Session data: technical PHP session cookies required for panel authentication.
• Browsing data: IP address, browser, pages visited (Google Analytics 4, if configured).

3. Purpose of Processing

• Managing access requests from municipal administrations.
• Authenticated access to the municipal management panel.
• Anonymous statistical analysis of website usage.

4. Legal Basis

Processing is carried out based on: (a) consent when submitting the form, and (b) legitimate interest in improving the service.

5. Data Retention

Request data is retained for a maximum of 2 years. Session cookies are deleted when the browser is closed or the session expires.

This site uses only technical session cookies (PHPSESSID) and language preference cookies (lang). No advertising cookies are used.

We use HTTPS encryption, CSRF tokens in forms and secure password storage with bcrypt hashing.
